Tour & Taste is a fundraiser for the Valley AIDS Network. All money raised goes directly into supporting our mission. For more information about what we do please click on the tabs above.

To ensure that you receive a lunch and a t-shirt please register before September 20th. VAN must turn in all orders one week before the event. We’ll order some extras, but please sign up before the 20th to guarantee yourself lunch and a t-shirt.

Tour and Taste

Tour:
There will be three options for the Tour & Taste bike ride. Riders will choose a 15-mile, 25-mile, or 50-mile ride. Each ride will start and finish at Three Brothers Brewery in Harrisonburg , VA. The 50-mile ride will begin at 8:30am. The 25-mile ride will begin at 9:30am. The 15-mile ride will begin at 10:30am. A mechanic from SBC will be available throughout the event.

Taste:
Participants will enjoy one beer of their choosing from Three Brothers Brewery. Participants choosing the tasting option should plan to arrive at the Brewery  at 11:30.

Tickets:
For those who would like to participate in the bike ride and beer tasting, tickets are $55. If participants choose the bike ride only or the beer tasting only, tickets are $45. All prices include food, an event t-shirt and live music. At registration on the day of the event, participants will receive a wristband based on which ticket option they have chosen. Wristbands will need to be worn by participants throughout the event.

Food:
Lunch will be prepared by Picnic Basket, a locally based catering company.  Vegetarian options will be available. Exact menu will be placed on our website soon, please check back or call 540-568-8838 for details. Lunches will be served starting at 11:30.

Entertainment:
We are in the process of confirming a local band to play live at Three Brothers. Please continue to check our website for updates on the band selection. Music starts at 11:30 and ends at approximately 2pm.

We will also have a raffle going again this year which will include gift baskets and other items from local businesses. The raffle prizes will be drawn after lunch has been served.

Routes:
15 mile, 25 mile, 50 mile. VAN may make minor changes to these routes prior to the event. All three routes will be clearly marked and accurate cue sheets will be available from the check-in booth on the day of the event.
